Biodegradable and PH7 neutral WHAT IS SAVON DE MER FRESH & SALT WATER SHAMPOO & BODY GEL? Savon de Mer is a Fresh & Salt Water Shampoo & Body Gel developed to be used in salt water. It is effective in salt water for shampooing, showering, and bathing. It will leave you feeling fresh and clean like you cleansed in fresh water. It is biodegradable pH7 - Neutral. WHY IS IT CALLED SALT WATER SHAMPOO & BODY GEL? Our product is not made with salt water. It is to be used in salt water, hard water or any water where regular shampoos and soaps do not work well. Our Product will Foam in salt water, or in those other waters. WHY DOES SAVON DE MER FRESH & SALT WATER SHAMPOO & BODY GEL WORK IN THESE WATERS? Our Product does not contain soap as such. Soap is made from fats and oils, caustic soda. Soap work well in soft water, but not in water containing any quantities of mineral salts (hard water). The disadvantages of ordinary shampoo and soap, it will not produce the rich lather foam needed to properly wash away dirt particles and salt residues, and it leaves annoying curds and residues that will not rinse away. Our Product contains special emollients which penetrates hair and skin to give long lasting protection against the parching effect of salt and sun.
